Last week, we launched Best Of BubbleLife by including a survey question in your email newsletter. With only a few days left in this survey, we've been overwhelmed by the number of responses. We asked where to find the best hamburger in your neighborhood, and you answered in slews.

It's not surprising that Dallasites spoke up about the best burger in their area most Texans consider this to be a fundamental food group. However, we have been surprised by the number of local restaurants represented. In almost every neighborhood, you can find a burger place that trumps Whataburger.

Of course, there were some franchises named, such as Five Guys Burgers and Fries and MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes. But the results also revealed the best burger joints on the block, such as Rick's Chophouse in McKinney. After seeing your responses, we're dying to try Maple & Motor in Uptown and JG's Old Fashioned Hamburgers on Greenville Avenue. We're also planning an office trip to Plano to sample Burger Break's Hawaiian Burger.

From Richardson to Irving, we're on a quest to find the best burger in each neighborhood! If you haven't voted yet, you have a few more days to take the survey. And if you want to vote in a different neighborhood, visit the city's BubbleLife page and click on the Best Of tab.
